Most buildings are bought, run and audited by one person and served by four or five contractors who have never met. The group exists to close that gap. Each service below is delivered by the operating company that holds the competence and, where it applies, the certificate: Gemini AMPM Ltd for fire, security and gaseous suppression; AMPM Building Services for mechanical and electrical, fit-out, fabric and maintenance; Clean Ducts, a trading brand of Gemini AMPM Ltd, for ventilation hygiene. Services
Fire and life safety
Fire detection and alarm, voice alarm and refuge, evacuation alert to BS 8629, gaseous suppression, passive fire and security. Certificated under NSI Gold, BAFE and FIRAS registrations held by Gemini AMPM Ltd.
Mechanical and electrical
Heating, cooling, ventilation, power, lighting, water services and data. Self-delivered first and second fix, commissioning witnessed to CIBSE and BSRIA codes, electrical certification to BS 7671.
Ventilation and air hygiene
Ductwork and AHU cleaning to BESA TR19, kitchen extract to TR19 Grease, fire damper testing, ductwork CCTV surveys, ventilation installation and repair.
Fit-out and fabric
Cat A and Cat B fit-out, refurbishment, roofing, cladding, render and external-wall remediation under the Building Safety Act, with the M&E held in the same company.
Maintenance and 24/7 response
Planned maintenance to SFG20 for plant and fabric, statutory servicing for fire and security systems, and a line answered by a person at every hour.

Survey and scope
The operating company that owns the discipline surveys the building. Where more than one discipline is involved, the group sets the sequence and names a lead.

One programme, one record
The work runs under one programme with one accountable manager per company, and the asset register, certificates and commissioning packs are handed over in a form the next audit can use.
Do I contract with the group or with a company?
With the operating company that delivers the work: Gemini AMPM Ltd for fire, security, suppression and ventilation hygiene (Clean Ducts is its trading brand), and AMPM Building Services Ltd for mechanical and electrical, fit-out, fabric and maintenance. AMPM Group Limited is the holding company. Where a job needs more than one company, the two coordinate under one group relationship with one point of contact.
Who holds the accreditations?
Gemini AMPM Ltd holds them in its own name: NSI Gold for fire detection and alarm, gaseous suppression and evacuation alert under BAFE SP203-1, SP203-3 and SP207, NSI NACOSS Gold for security, and FIRAS for passive fire installation. AMPM Building Services is not yet certified in its own name and says so in every PQQ; its pre-qualification is supported by the certificates held by its sister company.
Where do you work?
Greater London and the South East: Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire and Berkshire for the building-services lines, with Gemini AMPM's fire and security work reaching further where a client's estate does. Ask; the answer depends on the building and the contract, not a map.
