Gemini AMPM
The EOT-owned flagship the group is built around. Fire, passive fire, security and life-safety since 1997, for Tier-1 main contractors, FM providers and public-sector estates across London and the South East. NSI Gold, BAFE, FIRAS, Constructionline Gold, held in its own name.
AMPM Building Services
The building-services company in the group: MEPH, commercial fit-out, fabric and groundworks. The scope most clients still split across separate trades, delivered by one contractor, one programme, one accountable PM.
Clean Ducts
The air brand. Ventilation hygiene, kitchen extract, fire dampers and ductwork: cleaned, tested and certificated to BESA TR19, with the pack that proves it. A trading brand of Gemini AMPM Ltd, so the same entity, the same accreditations and the same 24/7 line.
Time Served
The careers brand for every company in the group. Trade and engineering roles, published salary ranges, and a CV database that the operating companies hire from first. A building-services group is only as good as the people it can put on site.

AMPM Live
A live asset register, a real-time compliance dashboard, and an AI assistant trained on the group's frameworks. The Building Safety Act's golden-thread record kept as you go, not assembled at handover.

AMPM Academy
Apprentice → Mentor → Practitioner → Master. Home-grown skills for every trade in the group, feeding Gemini and Building Services first. Jamie, Luke and Dan all came up as apprentices, this is the pipeline they wished they'd had.
AMPM Facilities
Single-contact FM for complex portfolios. Hard services self-delivered by Gemini and Building Services; soft services orchestrated through a vetted partner network. The hard-services core is the foundation, not the weak link.

AMPM Building Services is the group's answer to a question every client eventually asks: why is one building split across four separate trade packages, four programmes and four people to chase? MEPH, commercial fit-out, fabric and groundworks, one accountable contractor, from survey to handover.
A 2026 company, run by hands that have delivered this work for decades. It holds no third-party certificates in its own name yet: the accreditations in the group are Gemini AMPM Ltd's, listed entity by entity, and apply to work Gemini contracts for. Building Services is building its own integrated management system, aligned to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, with UKAS-accredited certification the intent. Not yet certified to these standards; the certificate position and its insurance schedule ship with every PQQ, on request.
