Case studies:
buildings, evidenced.
Selected work from across the group, compliance-led, audit-ready, documented to the standard the Building Safety Act now expects of everyone. Named projects, real numbers, no adjectives doing the work.
Each case study names the company in the group that held the contract, the client route and the systems delivered, with figures taken from the project record. Where a client has asked not to be named, the study says so rather than blurring the facts. Peterborough Court and Daniel House on Fleet Street is the fullest example: nine integrated fire, life-safety and security systems and 4,864 devices, delivered for Mace Group Ltd and now maintained by the team that installed them.
More named projects sit on the operating companies' own sites, including Longfield Court, Chiswick Park and the Unity Building, and are linked below. References are available on request with each referee's consent, and project sheets travel with every tender and pre-qualification response. If you need similar work on your own building, the services pages set out which company does what. Studies are credited to the company that delivered them, so the evidence always matches the certificates and insurance that applied to the job.

Utilita Energy HQ, Chandler’s Ford
The ductwork package behind a rooftop AHU replacement at an occupied head office: strip-out, new ductwork, connections and lagging across three roofs, phased around the principal contractor’s two crane lifts, autumn 2026. The group angle: a specialist package delivered inside another contractor’s programme, to its lift plan and its scope split.
Longfield Court, Whitstable
Loft compartmentation, fire stopping and added detection through an occupied assisted-living scheme for Canterbury City Council: four months, every resident at home, FIRAS certificated, practical completion November 2025, and praised in writing by the council’s Senior Independent Living Manager. The group angle: liaison is the job, and the same model runs a ward or a school.
Chiswick Park, London
Around eighty common-part fire doors remediated and around 240 penetrations sealed across Buildings 1 and 3 of Chiswick Business Park, four FIRAS certificates, spring 2024; the programme has since extended across the estate. The group angle: passive fire is a discipline a landlord keeps buying, and it sits next to M&E and ductwork hygiene on the same number.
Unity Building, Liverpool
A Hyfire Taurus wireless fire alarm across 26 storeys and 161 apartments for FirstPort: more than a thousand devices in four weeks, ahead of schedule and to budget, and the waking watch stood down. The group angle: the fastest route off a waking-watch bill is a system that installs around residents, not through them.
Sector context for each is on the sectors pages; the disciplines are set out under services.
A 29-year client base.
The group operates on relationships built by Gemini AMPM since 1997, including Mace (Bloomberg HQ, 40 Argyll Street, Peterborough Court), Arc Group, FirstPort, Equans and Tier-1 supply chains. The team, the audit framework and the operating posture are shared.
