A UK group of companies built around Gemini AMPM, the life-safety flagship trading since 1997: employee-owned, NSI Gold and BAFE registered in its own name, cash-generative. Group company stood up 2026 (CRN 17136810).
Twenty-nine years

Trading history is real; group structure is new. What Gemini has done for nearly three decades, life-safety with audit-grade documentation, is the operating model the rest of UK mid-market building services has yet to adopt at scale. The Building Safety Act and the social-value rules in public procurement (PPN 002, which replaced PPN 06/20 in 2025) are tailwinds, not trends. The response is a platform, not another contractor.

Who owns Gemini AMPM?
Gemini AMPM has been employee-owned through an Employee Ownership Trust since October 2024, so the people who look after your building own the company that sends them.
Which accreditations does the group hold?
Third-party certificates are held by Gemini AMPM Ltd in its own name: NSI Gold for fire detection, gaseous suppression, evacuation alert and security, BAFE registration, and FIRAS for passive fire. What does compliance-led mean in practice?
Work is scoped, delivered and handed over against the standard that governs it, for example BS 5839-1 for fire detection and alarm, BS 8629 for evacuation alert and the golden thread for higher-risk buildings under the Building Safety Act 2022, with the evidence pack issued at handover rather than on request.
