Senior leadership shared across the group. All three principals came up through trades apprenticeships: a background that directly informs the Academy. Operational delivery, supply chain and site teams sit underneath; full structure travels with PQQ responses.
Three directors lead the group, and the same three sit on the boards of AMPM Group Ltd, Gemini AMPM Ltd and AMPM Building Services Ltd, as the Companies House register shows. That shared leadership is the practical point of the group: one set of people accountable for the standard, whichever company holds your contract.
Jamie Dawson chairs the group and leads strategy, investor and acquisition work. Dan Small is managing director of each operating business and owns delivery and the client relationships. Luke Finney is commercial director, responsible for pricing, estimating and commercial discipline, and is a trustee of the Employee Ownership Trust that owns Gemini AMPM. All three came up through trades apprenticeships, which is why the Academy exists. Site, engineering and supply-chain teams sit beneath them in each company, and the full structure travels with pre-qualification responses. Jamie Dawson
Chair, AMPM Group. Co-founder and former equity owner of Gemini AMPM. Earlier, Managing Director, Compliance at Lakehouse plc (now Sureserve Group), leading the acquisition and integration of water-treatment, lift-services and gas businesses. Drives group strategy, investor and acquisition relationships.
Dan Small
Managing Director, AMPM Group. Former Managing Director of Concept Southern Limited; Managing Director of each operating business in the group. The operational lead across all trading divisions, with the client and supply-chain relationships that carry the work.
Luke Finney
Commercial Director, AMPM Group. Co-founder and former equity owner of Gemini AMPM; Jamie's business partner through the Lakehouse (now Sureserve) journey, where he was Project Director in the fire division. Owns pricing, estimating and commercial discipline group-wide. EOT trustee.
